Lower back pain due to just one small bruise on the side where the flesh is, above the love handles?

Anyone ever had this? I had lower back pain for a month now. It feels like its right in the middle where the bone is. I can't bend down all the way or sit at certain angles. I recently notice a small bruise on my flesh on the left side and when I push that bruise…I don't feel any pain when I'm manuvering ….but once I don't even touch the bruise it hurts to move normally. Any ideas?
