Back inversion tables are great for helping to undo the damage that gravity has caused your back.  The discs in your spinal column get compressed by gravity which causes pain, bulging discs, deteriorating diss, etc.  Back inversion therapy helps to decompress the spine, which takes the pressure off of nerves, increases blood flow/circulation, which provides more hydration to the discs to help healing.

Trigger Point Therapy is like having a acupressure masseuse on hand to get rid of your back pain.  It’s the easiest way to get a deep pressure massage in the comfort of your own home anytime.  It uses your own body weight to get back pain relief and a great massage at the same time.

Orthopedic Seat Cushions and Back Support Cushions designed to fit your whole back from the upper back to your hips are a great way to help reduce back pain while you’re sitting, and promote good posture, which is key.  Sitting puts a lot of pressure on your spine, and orthopedic seat cushions and back support cushions help alleviate that, as well as the option of massage and heated massage to help speed healing.

There’s a wide variety of causes which I won’t go into in this post, because I’ve talked about it a lot.  I’m going to focus on some treatment options so you get relief.  There’s a wide range of options available to you, depending on your back pain causes and how long it lasts.  Most times you’ll find that your will improve within a few weeks, and with some knowledge and self care, there’s a good chance that the pain will go away fairly quickly.

Some of the main things you need to keep in mind when considering a lower back pain treatment are:

  1. If you’ve developed low back pain, stay active and consider taking some over the counter back pain medicines like Acetaminophen (i.e., Tylenol) or NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) like Ibuprofen (Motrin or Advil) and Naproxen (Naprosyn or Aleve).  Most of us stiffen up and keep our backs rigid in a position to avoid pain, but if you rest too much, it’s actually worse for you, can make your pain worse, and cause other problems like muscle weakness and stiff joints.
  2. Research shows that those who understand their low back pain know better how to treat it, and are more satisfied with the results.  If you have questions, ask your doctor or physical therapist your , how to manage your lower back pain, and things you can or should not do.

If your back pain’s lasted more than three months, you may need to look at more indepth treatment.   There are programs that combine back stretching exercises and back strengthening exercises with activities and learning more about it.  This can help you manage your lower back pain causes better, helps manage your pain and increase function.  This is the most effective way to get long lasting lower back pain relief.
  4. As I’ve said before, surgery’s rarely need for lower back pain, including herniated discs or nerve damage.
  5. Once you’ve had low back pain, it’s likely that it will come back.  To avoid more problems, you need to keep your back and stomach muscles strong, keep good posture, learn how to manage stress, and the safest ways to lift heavy, bulky or awkward items.

Sciatic Nerve Pain Relief: Sciatic Nerve Pain Treatment, Low Back Pain Relief and Chronic Back Pain Relief

Sciatic Nerve Pain Symptoms and How to Get

sciatic nerve pain treatment

If you’re not familiar with “Sciatica”, it’s symptoms of low back pain and leg pain that may include tingling, numbness or weakness originating in the lower back.  Sciatica nerve pain travels from the back through the buttocks and down the sciatic nerve in the back of your leg.  Most people that have sciatica get better within a few weeks or months, and can find pain relief with non surgical sciatica treatment.  This doesn’t work for some, and it can be severe and debilitating.

Sciatica back pain symptoms can include:

  • Pain in one leg or side of your buttocks that gets worse when you sit
  • Tingling or “burning” down the leg
  • Numbness, weakness or trouble moving your leg or foot
  • A constant pain on one side of your buttocks
  • A sharp pain that may make it hard to stand or walk

Clinically, Sciatica means that a disc has moved out from its normal position and is putting pressure on the nerve root in your lower back.  It’s a symptom of another lower back problem like a herniated disc or spinal stenosis.  These irritate or compress the nerve roots.  Sciatica usually occurs more commonly in people between 30 and 50 years old.  General wear and tear on the the lower spine and structures usually cause Sciatica.  There are different things you can do to get sciatic nerve pain relief.

Sciatic Nerve Pain Treatments

Different types of sciatic nerve pain treatment include:

  • Non surgical sciatica treatments which can include one or more medical and alternative treatments including exercises and back stretching exercises, heat and/or ice packs applied for about 30 minutes, repeating every two hours.  Alternate starting with the one that feels best initially.
  • Over the counter back pain medications like non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs like Ibuprofen, Naproxen or oral steroids can help reduce inflammation which contributes to sciatic nerve pain.
  • If you have sever sciatic nerve pain, you can get an epidural steroid injection to reduce inflammation.  It can help from one week to a year, and doesn’t work for everyone.  It can help for acute sciatic pain, and help you move forward with a lower back pain exercise program.
  • Other alternative Sciatic nerve pain treatments include acupuncture, chiropractic manipulation and massage therapy.
  • Sciatica surgery removes the part of the disc causing the problem.  It helps relieve the pressure and inflammation, but should only be used if other methods have not worked.

and Chronic Back Pain Relief

low back pain reliefIf you suffer from sciatic nerve pain or other lower , back strengthening exercises and , chronic lower back pain exercises or lower back stretches help the majority of back pain causes.  Chronic back pain relief products can include back support cushions, back support braces and other forms of back pain therapy that can help alleviate your back pain symptoms, giving your back support and helping to speed healing for low back pain relief.  You can if you stretch and strengthen your back.

Other back pain solutions include comfort walking shoes, comfortable dress shoes or comfortable work shoes.  You want the best shoes for walking or standing that give you support and cushion, and help strengthen your back.  I’d recommend

There are also lumbar support cushions, back support belts and back support pillows like lumbar support pillows, memory foam seat cushions, bed wedge pillows, office chair back support or office chair cushions, car back support and inflatable travel pillows, orthopedic seat cushions, and many more  for sciatic nerve pain relief available.  Make sure to talk to your doctor to diagnose your and symptoms to find the best low back pain relief or chronic back pain relief for you.  This includes sciatic nerve pain relief and sciatic nerve pain treatment.

Back Pain Relief Products

There are a lot of back pain relief products available today, and you need to find the proper one to treat your or .  I’ll list some causes of upper back pain and , as well as some treatments.  You can then decide what the best may be for you to get the or you need.

Upper Back Muscle Pain, Lower Back Pain and

Upper back muscle pain is usually a result of falls, sports injuries, car accidents, abuse and over-use.  The pain’s normally worse when you make certain movements or do certain activities.  A muscle spasm is fairly common with upper back injuries.  Stiffness and tightness is very common, and you may feel a ‘pull’ or ‘stretch’ when you use those muscles.  This usually happens when you’re  stretching and reaching.

You can start to rehabilitate these muscles after a couple of days, but you need to take it slow and easy.  The moderate movement increases blood circulation, which speeds healing.

lower back and leg pain

Most lower back pain is triggered by a combination of overuse, injury, or muscle strain.  It’s believed that muscle strain can lead to an imbalance of the spine over time.  This can lead to continuous tension in your soft and hard tissues (muscles, ligaments, discs and bones), and can make your back more prone to injury or re-injury.  They tend to make each other worse, because you’ll compensate using another muscle when you hurt one, which will strain it.

Lower back and leg pain is most commonly sciatica back pain, which is usually a shooting pain from your lower back down your leg.  It can also be “referred back pain”, which is when your brain thinks the pain is in one place when it’s in another.  It could also be compressed nerve roots from the spinal cord to the leg which can be caused by a herniated disc.  This would have to be tested to see how affected the compressed nerves are.  Surgery could be required, but I always suggest treating it from the most conservative graduating to more radical treatment.

Another possibility could be tendon overuse.  This can be treated with rest and ice or gentle massage to find and help the source of the pain.  Chiropractic care is an option, and you could get muscle relaxers, but that takes longer to heal.  Sometimes it can be a neurological dysfunction causing neuropathic pain from the back to the leg.  If you have pain in both the back and leg, there are other possibilities which I won’t go into here.

back pain relief exercise

You want to be fairly certain of your .  If you have any of these :

Adrenal Fatigue Alert               Piriformis Syndrome
Arthritis of the Spine                Sacroiliac Joint Dysfunction
Degenerative Disc Disease      Sciatica
Facet Joint Syndrome              Scoliosis
Fibromyalgia                            Somatic Pain in your back
Forward Head Posture            Spondylolisthesis
Herniated Disc                         Stenosis of the spine
Lower Back Pain                      Upper back pain
Neck Pain                                 Vertebral compression fracture
Pinched Nerve

I would suggest taking a look at the Lose the Back Pain System.  It uses muscle balance therapy which I talked about above, and shows you how to identify the cause, treat the dysfunction, then treat the overall condition.  It’s helped tens of thousands of chronic back pain sufferers, and offers a 60 Day Money Back Guarantee.  Right now they have a 21 Day Challenge where you only pay shipping ($9.95 I believe), and if you don’t lose your back pain, you don’t pay anything so there’s nothing to lose.  I stand by it, and have written about it before.  All you have to lose is the pain!  You can check it out here:  Back Pain Relief Products

Lower Back Pain Left Side: Differences Between Lower Back Pain on Left Side and Lower Back Pain Kidney Symptoms, Causes and Treatment

Wednesday, September 2nd, 2009

Many of us experience in the left or right side and don’t know whether it may be related to symptoms.  I’m going to review primarily the back pain causes of lower back pain left side and lower back pain kidney symptoms to help you better understand what might be causing your back pain in the left or right side.

I’ll review possible causes and symptoms of lower back pain on the left side, then lower back pain kidney causes and symptoms, and list some possible in .

There are a lot of possible causes of lower back pain on the left side.  I’ll list some of the most common causes and symptoms along with possible remedies.  Some of the main causes of left side or right side back pain can be any of the following:

  • Carrying a heavy purse or bag on one side
  • Sitting on a thick wallet
  • Back strain, pulled muscle or other muscle imbalance
  • An inadequate mattress or poor laying or sleeping position
  • A tilted pelvis due to one leg being shorter than the other (Fairly common.  My right leg is 1/2″ longer than my left, which can cause me a lot of pain due to the pelvic tilt to one side.  I have to wear a small lift in my left shoe to help accomodate that.)
  • Gastrointestinal / Digestive – gas, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)
  • Weight gain
  • Aging or wear and tear

Other possible causes can include:

  • Kidney infection or referred pain from the kidney for a urinary tract infection, bladder infection, etc.
  • Prostate or Sciatica
  • Herniated disc, other spinal issue or cracked or broken rib
  • Pregnancy
  • Renal dysfunction (kidney problems that reduce the body’s ability to retain adequate essential nutrients and clear toxins from the blood)
  • Diverticulosis (small pouches develop in the lining of the large intestine extending into the muscular tissue around it.  If they get infected or inflamed, it’s diverticulitis.  Rare instances also occur in the stomach or small intestine)

Lower Back Pain Kidney

lower back pain kidney

Lower back pain can come from the kidney, and lower back pain kidney causes and symptoms can be similar.  But there are some very different symptoms of kidney lower back pain.

Kidney back pain is normally felt where the kidneys are, just above the highest part of the pelvis on either side of the lower back.  It  can also be referred to the frontal groin or hip area.  If there ar multiple symptoms, it can be attributable to the kidney.  These may include:

  • Kidney injury from a fall or accident
  • Kidney infection. Symptoms of a kidney infection can include any of the following:

    • Lower back pain on one or both sides which can radiate into the groin or up to the waist
    • Tenderness or ache in the kidney area and can radiate to other areas
    • Fever or high temperature, chills, backache
    • May feel sick and possibly vomit
    • Urine may be cloudy and/or smell different, and may be bloody
    • You may have to urinate more frequently and it may burn
  • Kidney stones:

    • Can be painless if they’re small, but if they’re larger, they can get lodged as the body tries to pass them.  This can be very painful.  They can also cause an infection that leads to the same symptoms above.

Your doctor can run bacterial, blood or functioning tests to determine kidney related issues.  Treatment can include rest and antibiotics.  It can last several weeks, but could be longer.

Lower and treatment are different:

  • Symptoms are normally more local
  • There may be a sudden back pain
  • It may get better or worse by moving differently
  • It doesn’t cause a fever, illness or other symptoms above
  • Treatments such as heat or ice therapy, stretching exercises, back pain medicine or muscle relaxants, massage therapy, back support and therapy help relieve the pain temporarily

back pain relief products

If the pain subsides with any of these back pain relief products or therapy, you more than likely have lower back pain symptoms versus a kidney issue.  Lower back pain caused by a kidney problem won’t go away or subside with these treatments.

The bottom line is that you you don’t want to let it go on indefinitely or try to diagnose it yourself.  If you have lower back pain left side, right side or lower back pain kidney symptoms you need to see your doctor, particularly if it continues or worsens.  Kidney issues can be very serious, and you want to make sure you get the right information and diagnosis so it’s treated promptly and correctly.  If you have a family history of kidney infections, or had a recent fall or accident of some type that could have damaged your kidneys, you should see your doctor right away.  Treatment for the two is very different, and you need to be sure you’re treating the right condition to avoid further risk to your health.

Back Pain Cause: Stop Your Back Pain Cause Now! Treating Lower Back Pain and a Lower Back Pain Remedy

Tuesday, July 7th, 2009

Back Pain Cause

and back pain symptoms are some of the most commonly experienced health issues worldwide.  They say that 8 out of every 10 people will experience back pain at least once in their lives.  One of the possibly surprising causes of lower back pain is inactivity, lack of movement.  It’s believed that continued muscle strain can lead to an imbalance in the structure of the spine, which leads to constant tension on muscles, ligaments, discs and bones.  This makes the back more injury prone.

These back pain causes can exacerbate each another, meaning that if you strain a muscle, you’ll walk or move differently to avoid the pain or tightness.  This can cause a strain of other muscles that don’t usually work that way.

Some of the most common s can be one or more of the following issues:

  • Misuse or overuse of a muscle (muscle strain), ligament or joint
  • Injury or re-injury
  • Pressure on nerve roots which could be a herniated disc or osteoarthritis (degeneration of the joint)
  • Spondylolysis or Spondylolisthesis: vertebra slide over each other when aggravated by doing certain things
  • Spinal stenosis: a narrowing of the spinal canal which usually develops with age
  • Vertebrae fractures caused by a lot of force like a car accident or other intense blow to the spine, or a compression of the spine by falling on your head or buttocks
  • Spinal deformities include a curvature of the spine such as scoliosis (side curvature) or kyphosis (outward curvature)
  • Compression fractures are more common with postmenopausal women with Osteoporosis or men or women after long-term use of corticosteroids (psoriasis treatment)
  • Inactivity or sitting.  You sit at home, you sit in your car, you sit at work, you come home and sit, and you go to bed

There are so many back pain relief products to choose from, it’s hard to narrow down exactly what you need to alleviate your specific back pain. There are also many different kinds, such as topical back pain relievers and massage treatments, chiropractic and holistic treatment methods, electrical stimulation (TENS), ergonomic, massage and heat chairs, inversion tables, back supports and braces, etc.  The list goes on…  I won’t go into all of them here, but you can learn more about them at my Back Pain Relief Products page.

Back Pain Product: Gaiam BalanceBall Chair

Gaiam BalanceBall Chair

One back pain product I’ve recently learned about that I wanted to share some information with you on is the Gaiam BalanceBall Chair. It’s a unique alternative seating product featured in the Wall Street Journal on June 12, 2009. I’m going to briefly outline how this chair came to be, what it’s about, and it’s purpose as a tool for treating .

Gaiam BalanceBall Chair as a :  How It Came To Be and What It’s About

This chair was developed by Gaiam, a company that specializes in organic, yoga and fitness products,  and Dr. Randy Weinzoff, a 1990 graduate of Palmer College Chiropractic and chiropractic pioneer.  They say Dr. Weinzoff has been providing a full spectrum approach to health and well-being for over 14 years.  He’s a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and specializes in exercise and sports rehabilitation, alleviation of chronic pain and nutritional analysis.

The Gaiam BalanceBall Chair is a revolution in alternative seating at home and in the office, and apparently continues to be a customer favorite.  It’s patented design combines fitness with comfort and ergonomic back support at an affordable price.  Gaiam developed this chair with Dr. Weinzoff as an effective tool for strengthening core muscles and improving spinal alignment.  The removable BalanceBall can be used for exercises on or off the chair, which is a handy aspect.

How the BalanceBall Chair Helps Alleviate :

  • Provides core strengthening, ergonomic back support and comfort
  • Helps improve spinal alignment and reduce nerve compression

BalanceBall Chair Features, Details and What Comes With It:

  • It’s designed for people 5’-5’11″ weighing up to 300 lbs.
  • It has rolling, lockable castor wheels and an adjustable support bar

  • It’s very reasonably priced, particularly with the private special offer Gaiam has through the end of this month

Gaiam BalanceBall Chair Reviews and Ratings

I haven’t personally used this product, but have added some reviews of the Gaiam BalanceBall Chair, which include customer’s positive and negative aspects of it.

Barbara Brady from Woman’s Day had picked it up, and gave her opinion:

The Pros:  “…more comfortable than I expected, and it made me more conscious about sitting up straight and engaging my core muscles.  As office furniture/exercise equipment goes, it’s also… reasonable…  It makes a great conversation starter, too—everyone who enters my office since it’s arrival wants to try it.”

The Cons:  “Thanks to the chair base and back, it’s still possible to get lazy and slump forward or back if you have the urge… I found the ball a little too low considering the length of my legs and the height of my very ergonomically-incorrect desk.  So my stomach and back might get stronger, but I could end up with carpal tunnel. Hmmm…”

What this tells you is that you need to consider your desk height, the chair height, etc., which you should always do with furniture and seating to avoid back injury.

Some Other BalanceBall Chair Reviews:

5.0 out of 5 stars Lot of Time at the Computer?! You will love this!
I used one of these at my last job. This is a wonderful chair. The first time that I sat on it I fell off, but then once I learned how to sit on it, it was amazing. It kept my back straight, and kept me sitting upright, and I didn’t feel so sleepy after 8 hours at the computer. I love this chair. It’s worth the price.
4.0 out of 5 stars surprisingly comfortable
The chair is surprisingly comfortable. I’m not sure how *much* it helps me with balance or toning, but I do actually feel like I’m using my muscles a little more than usual while sitting all day at the office, so I feel pretty good about it. And it looks really nice, too.

Overall I like the chair a lot, just one real complaint. There is no height adjustment. For me it’s not much of an issue because my desk happens to be at around the right height. But this might be a problem for someone else. I suppose you could let some air out of the ball to make it a little lower, but that doesn’t strike me as an ideal solution…

balance ball chair5.0 out of 5 stars Great Chair, Great Price
I have peristent lower back pain when I spend too much time sititng at my desk, which is a bad thing for a writer! I’ve been using it a few days, and I’ve noticed I don’t wake up in the morning with back pain any more. My one fear is that the cats may try to jump on it and puncture it at some point (we lost one exercise ball that way), so this might not be the best chair depending on your household inhabitants. You might want to note that its suitability will depend greatly on your height as well. I’m 5’9″. (the ball is professional grade anti-burst)

5.0 out of 5 stars Great office chair
I really like using this chair. I spend a ton of time at the computer and this has helped my posture and the tension in my neck and back.

I do have to say that it took some time to get used to. I get motion sickness and for the first few weeks I felt like I was on a boat! Once my body figured out what was going on, it was smooth sailing from there.

The wheeled contraption holding the ball is a good idea in an office environment if you don’t want to humor your co-workers by rolling off.

There are mixed reviews on this back pain product, which there should be, and you can see there are variables you need to consider.  There are more reviews about it around the web.  I always recommend researching a product before you decide whether it’s for you.  It sounds like a great product, and has apparently helped a lot of people as a treatment for chronic back pain, but you do need to pay attention to individual height recommendations, desk and chair height, etc.  It’s rated 4.4 out of 5, which is a good rating.
It’s reasonably priced, and I would suggest that if you want to learn more about it and/or purchase it, Gaiam guarantees the lowest price.  Right now through a special private offer at the link below, you get free shipping and 20% off through the end of June, 2009.  So if you’re thinking about getting it, I’d take advantage of this offer.  If you decide to get it later, I’m sure they’ll provide other incentives down the road.
Please let me know if you’ve found this article helpful.  And, if you purchase the Gaiam BalanceBall Chair, I would like your feedback good or bad.  We can’t evaluate back pain products fairly if we only get positive feedback.  However, that doesn’t mean you need to make up something negative to say about it if you love it.  I’d obviously love to hear that, too, since I try to provide information on the best quality back pain relief products on my site.  Thanks, and let me hear from you!

Back Pain Cause: Stop Your Back Pain Cause Now

Everyone experiences occasional back pain at some point in their lives. But, for those who suffer from acute or , it can be very debilitating, and greatly affects the quality of life. Muscular back pain or lumbar back pain may be a result of like injury, sciatica symptoms, or muscle spasms. Or, it can be a result of a more general condition like arthritis. It can range in intensity from infrequent aches and pains to burning back pain, sharp back pain, or chronic, disabling pain.

Lower back muscle pain and are linked to physical exertion, misuse, overuse, or injury. It can include herniated disks, sciatica symptoms, and other serious back problems. Tension can also result in muscular back pain. It’s estimated that 4 out of every 5 adults suffer from back pain at least once during their life. It’s also one of the main causes of absence from work. General muscle pain is the second highest reason for doctor visits, where an estimated 80% of Americans have muscle pain of some type. Too many times, we abuse our backs and muscles, pushing them to or beyond their limit. This is how so many of back pain cause issues begin.

There are many exercises, therapies, and medicines that can provide back pain relief, but you must first determine the cause of the pain, the severity of the pain, and what you and your doctor determine as the best treatment for lower back pain. There is good news. Low back pain exercises will help most people if they do their exercises consistently and correctly. Aside from ‘targeted’ back pain exercises, if you just stretch regularly, particularly before performing strenuous activity, it will help your back pain cause greatly. There are also natural therapies and back pain medicine that will help alleviate your back pain.

You can help improve the strength, resilience, and flexibility of your lower back and spine by remaining aware of these things for chronic back pain relief:

Posture: Always be conscientious about your posture. Good posture is a key in helping your spine and strengthening your back (and stomach, which supports your spine).

Lifting, Turning, and Bending: Always crouch down and use your legs to lift things, rather than put that strain on your back. Be aware of your movements while carrying things, or turning, such as awkward angles and jerking when lifting or moving things.

You can help prevent chronic back pain. Nutrition: If you do not do this already, taking vitamins and minerals, particularly calcium and magnesium, can play a big part in strengthening your back. Calcium, magnesium, and protein-based nutrition help strengthen your back, and magnesium and calcium supplements can also help leg cramps.

Footwear: You should always wear appropriate footwear, particularly if you have back problems, as high heels, narrow shoe heels, etc. are the worst things for your back.

Back Strengthening Exercises and Muscle Stretching Exercises

If you want to increase the strength, flexibility, and resilience of your back, muscle stretching exercises and back strengthening exercises are necessary to keep your bones and muscles strong and flexible. As with any other type of exercise, low back pain exercises should be done gradually to prevent injury or furthering a current injury. You must condition your back, as any other part of your body, to promote healing, health, and function.

Your doctor or physical therapist can prescribe targeted exercises, and there are physical therapy courses that help to educate you about the importance of using ergonomic tools such as proper desk, computer, and chair height, ergonomic computer keyboards, ergo chairs, etc. All of the ergonomic tools help to reduce all types of muscle strain. The therapist can also teach you the correct ways of sitting, standing (i.e., one leg cocked, which offsets your spine & pelvis), walking, lifting, and repetitive motion, which are also back pain causes, and cause a lot of injuries. All of these things will help prevent future problems from arising. You should always stretch prior to doing any exercise or exertive physical activity, particularly if you are not very active, or in the best physical condition.

There are many ways you can lose the back pain.  Besides low back pain exercises, a can include physical therapy treatments like massage, heat, ice, electrical stimulation (i.e., ultrasound), and other techniques can be used to help relieve muscle or back pain. Acupuncture for back pain, chiropractic care, and natural therapies can also help. There are physical aids available, such as back braces, to help support and strengthen your spine by holding your stomach in, and keeping your spine in the correct position. This also helps reduce back strain.

Body, back, and muscle therapy is very useful in helping to providing pain relief and body function. Massage is regularly recommended, and used to relieve tension and pain. It helps increase circulation, which brings nutrients and oxygen to the affected muscles, and helps carry the toxins away. There are other body, muscle, and back pain therapies that are effective, such as Reflexology (pressure is applied to “reflex” points on the hands and feet), Shiatsu (pressure applied to the meridians of the body to improve circulation and ease pain), Rolfing (connective tissue and muscles are manipulated), and the Feldenkrais method (new ways of moving your body to relax tense or cramped muscles). However, these methods must be performed by trained practitioners.

Aromatherapy uses essential oils from herbs and plants for muscle pain relief, and inflammation or muscle spasms associated with it. Some common essential oils for muscle pain include ginger, peppermint, marjoram, and thyme. These oils can be applied with gentle massages or compresses, and some can be added to a warm bath. If your back pain does not go away in spite of exercise and other non-invasive treatments, surgery may be a necessary option. It is very important that you see a professional back pain doctor (orthopedic surgeon or other spinal/back specialist) to get expert advice and diagnosis of your back pain cause. This can help you understand different treatment options, and the amount of chronic back pain relief they can provide to lose the back pain.
